RESERVATION SUMMARY

Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to any tour or course booked with COA Watersports, a Sports Activity Company based in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

BOOKING AGREEMENT
A booking is confirmed, and these Terms and Conditions shall apply when COA Watersports has received the deposit from the client and the client has received the confirmation email of this booking. The client confirming the booking must be 18 years of age.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Each activity is booked online by paying a deposit. All payments should be free of any transactions surcharges for COA Watersports. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before your activity, COA Watersports will take your deposit, in order to cover the costs, which were already made. It is not possible to cancel less than 12 hours before. In case of cancellation more than 24 hours before your activity, we don‘t charge you any costs and we will refund your deposit. In case of no show or cancelling within less then 12 hours, COA Watersports will charge you 100% of the total price.
COA Watersports is not responsible for wind and weather conditions. In case weather conditions don’t cooperate, we will refund your deposit.

INSURANCE
COA Watersports does not provide insurance therefore the client must obtain insurance from his home country with the minimum recommended medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage. This insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses. The cost of the tour does not include any insurance coverage for the client.
